	1. Who can purchase ticket(s) using GCASH? - Anyone who has GCASH money in their virtual wallet can purchase passage tickets using GCASH Ticketing. 2. When and where can I claim my GCASH ticket? - GCASH transacted passage tickets can be automatically claimed at the Trans Asia Cebu Pier Terminal 3 ticket outlet on the day of scheduled departure as early as 12 noon . Passenger will be requested to present the celfone message and a valid I.D. to the Pasage Teller and sign on the monitoring sheet acknowledging receipt of the passage ticket. Cut off time in claiming the ticket is 30 minutes before scheduled departure and will be considered void for that day's trip once unclaimed. “Void” tickets will be subject to revalidation / refund subject to company policy on surcharge should this not be claimed prior vessel's scheduled departure. Ticket may be picked up at any day at the Terminal 3 ticket outlet but it is only valid 60 days after issue date and will be considered null and void afterwards. 3. When and where can I claim the return ticket? - Initially, GCASH transaction will be used for outbound Cebu travels because ticket will be claimed on the day of departure at the Trans Asia Cebu Pier Terminal 3 ticket booth. However, GCASH can be used to purchase for round trip ticket for as long as both tickets will be claimed here at Cebu Pier on the day of the outbound Cebu travel.
